Parkside South Features
Completely remodeled in 2022. Named after the proximity to the town's Central Park in the heart of historic Cape Charles.
The duplex was built in 1925 and keeps much of it's original charm with the exposed brick column and beautiful original hardwood floors.
Each floor is equipped with mini-splits. We recommend keeping bedroom doors open during the day in order to allow air to circulate freely and keep temperatures regulated.
Parkside is a duplex with a wall separating the two units. Given the close proximity for all guests, we ask that guests be respectful when considering audio levels.
We love pets and have one of our own (Nala, a 12 year old golden retriever), however, we do not currently allow pets at Parkside. This is for several reasons, but primarily to be considerate of our neighboring guests and to ensure we keep the property spotless for all guests, including those with allergies.

About Us
After falling in love with Cape Charles over a number of visits, we got together with our close friends, Mandi and Ryan Marable, and decided to purchase a duplex in Cape Charles. After eight months of long weekends and lots of celebratory drinks, Parkside North and South were launched in Spring of 2022. We manage the property ourselves, so when you have questions or issues, you deal with us directly - not a middle man.
Parkside South is the result of a ton of hard work, but it has been (and continues to be!) a labor of love. We want nothing more than to be able to share the house and town that we love with you and your family/friends. We love seeing pictures of guests enjoying our place as much as we do and providing a place where joyous memories are made. We hope to see you around town!
